Fliegl builds farm loaders - first models presented for farmers.
The company Fliegl will also be manufacturing yard loaders in the future. For this purpose, the company was able to access the construction plans of existing yard loaders.

Steyr Plus tractors are now available with two different transmissions and additional features to meet individual customer requirements.
Steyr Plus tractors are now available with two different gearboxes and additional features to meet individual customer requirements.
Last year, the Plus tractors were introduced with S-Control II, a 40 km/h 24F/24R gearbox with two-speed power shuttle. The largest models with 100, 110, and 117 HP - the 4100, 4110, and 4120 - are now also offered with an electro-hydraulic 12F/12R power shuttle gearbox.
It was specifically developed for the needs of front loaders and features 12 gears for forward and reverse travel, as well as an electronic reverse gear activation for quick and smooth directional changes, the company states.
New Powershuttle Specification
Tractors equipped with the 12F/12R Powershuttle have a mechanical draft control. From the end of 2025, there will be an option for electric auto-steering to facilitate field operations and align parallel runs. An optional telematics package will enable instant two-way data communication.
Features common to all Plus tractors regardless of gearbox type include LED work lights, a larger 130-liter fuel tank, and 75 mm more ground clearance, supported by an optional rear tire size of 420/85 R38, providing a total clearance of 480 mm.
A brake-to-clutch function allows disengaging the drive only through the brake pedals, particularly useful for front loader work. The vehicle's permissible total weight has been increased by 7.7% to 7.0 tons, allowing for handling heavier loads, and a larger hydraulic pump provides an oil flow of 82 l/min for demanding hydraulically operated implements.
Further upgrades for implement linkage include an increased rear lift capacity - from 4,400 kg to 4,700 kg - and a new front PTO package with wet clutch for reduced maintenance. The optional integrated front hitch is compatible with a new 1.5 class HD front axle, which now has improved steering behavior.
Standard Transmission Specification
Models ordered with the proven 24F/24R HiLo gearbox feature electronic draft control for precise implement control and an automatic PTO that engages and disengages the PTO according to the height of the rear lift.
Cabin comfort is further enhanced by mechanical cabin suspension and the availability of hydraulic auto-steering. Moreover, variable steering allows for better adaptation to the front wheel steering angle.
New Front Loader Options
The new S635 front loader, introduced alongside the updated Powershuttle models 4100-4120 Plus, matches these models in dimensions, features, and capabilities, offering a maximum lift height/weight of 3.8 m/2,098 kg.
The front loader can be factory-installed, or the tractors can be ordered with an auxiliary frame and hydraulic kit for dealer installation. The design of the S635 includes an implement pivot point that has been moved closer to the tractor to create an optimal center of gravity for the tractor/loader combination, ensuring maximum stability during work.
This design is complemented by the positioning of the mechanical self-leveling mechanism under the boom and the housing of the hydraulic hoses in the arms, which also helps protect the hoses from damage risks.
Additional features and options on the S635 include automatic tractor connection locking, hydraulic quick coupler for multiple operations with secure storage, third function switching valve, implement level indicator, soft ride suspension, and Euro attachment frame.
Options include fender-mounted shields on the loader frame. Available attachments include a new, high-capacity tapered bucket that allows for quick and complete unloading of the load. The wear-resistant bucket lip is reversible if the front edge wears out over time.
